π Feedback App
π Overview
The Feedback App consists of two integrated applications:
– ποΈ The Evaluation App (In-Store)
Placed on a tablet inside the store or service point, it allows customers to quickly and easily rate their experience through an interactive interface featuring four smileys that express their level of satisfaction.
When selecting the smiley, the user is redirected to a second screen where they can enter their phone number and write their comments, if desired. The evaluation is then sent directly to the business owner.
– π The Management App (Dashboard)
Available with the manager or administrator, it displays all evaluations up-to-date, along with the following details:
β’ Evaluation status (satisfied – dissatisfied)
β’ Customer number
β’ Time and date
β’ Ability to respond or follow up directly
If the evaluation is negative, the manager can immediately contact the customer to address the cause before the problem escalates or spreads.
If the evaluation is positive, links to the business’s social media accounts are sent to encourage the customer to interact or write a general review.

π An interactive interface with quick evaluations via smileys
Four emojis are displayed representing different levels of customer satisfaction (excellent, good, average, and poor), allowing customers to easily select the appropriate evaluation with a single click.
π± An intelligent data form after the evaluation
After selecting the evaluation, a second screen appears allowing the customer to enter their phone number and write an additional note (optional), providing important information for follow-up management.
π² Instant notifications for new evaluations
When a new evaluation is received, a direct notification appears on the manager’s dashboard to keep them updated on customer feedback.
π Data-rich dashboard
The manager app includes a dashboard that displays all ratings with customer information, time, and branch information. It also allows filtering by date, and allows for printing reports.
π Full support for both Arabic and English
The app interface is available in two languages to suit all users, with the ability to instantly switch between Arabic and English.
π€ Instantly sending evaluations to the manager
Each evaluation is instantly sent to the manager’s dashboard with details, enabling quick responses and action based on the type of evaluation.
π Instant follow-up with customers based on their ratings
If the rating is negative, the manager can contact the customer immediately to determine the reasons and address them before they develop a negative reputation.
If the rating is positive, links to the customer’s social media accounts are sent to encourage interaction and general review.
π PDF reports and periodic analyses
Weekly or monthly reports are generated that show the distribution of ratings and strengths and weaknesses, helping you make informed decisions.
